Bot Workspace: every avatar built by hand
Where it stands
I built all 188 remaining characters in code from their own art. There was no AI guessing and no overnight runs on this Mac. Each one passed my check from the front, three-quarter view, side and back.
- Fixed: Coda is smaller, and Dots (Nimbus) is approved.
- How: each body is built in code to the measured outline of its art. Simple characters are built from solid parts in their own colours. For detailed characters, the art is painted on the front and fades into the same colours on the back.
- Honest limit: detailed figures (creatures, fantasy figures, astronauts, robots) match the art from the front and three-quarter view. From the back they are simpler and smoother than the art.
- Fixes after my check: thicker Minimals, a smooth front-to-back join, and hair on the back of every head.
- More fixes: a solid Grok X, a real Codex knot, thin Gizzi YouTube outlines, and full-size small figures.
