Bot Workspace in the Facility

Lead: Both posts show the same idea: a room you can watch where every bot has a desk and works in plain view. We already have the two hard parts. The Bots roster knows what each bot is doing right now, and 3dfacility is a walkable 3D campus with characters. The work is to connect them: one floor of the facility becomes your bots' office, and the real bot activity drives it.

Build plan

  1. 1 Bot floorRebuild the Office zone (or one loft) as the bots' floor: one desk per bot, your desk, lounge, Gizzi's office. Seats come from the bot list, not a fixed count.
  2. 2 Live feedThe app sends roster status + handoffs into the facility with postMessage. Signed out or no bots: a demo crew, labelled "Demo".
  3. 3 MotionSit, walk to desk, walk to a bot for a handoff, walk to you when Needs you. A label above each bot shows its task.
