Bot Workspace: the office, done right
Skydive vs ours
Skydive's office works because the camera is close and the bots are the show. Ours shows the whole building, so your bots are specks.

| Skydive | Ours today | |
|---|---|---|
| Camera | One room, close up | The whole building, far away |
| Bots | Big characters, seated at desks with laptops | Small, labels piled up |
| Desks | A name plate on each desk | Plain desks |
| Chat | A panel next to the office, which stays in view | Opens a separate chat screen |
| Replies | A speech bubble over the bot | Nothing on the floor |
| Clicking a bot | The camera flies to it | Small zoom |
| Room | A styled office: city windows, wall screens, lamps | Plain grey floor |
What I propose: rebuild the Office in this pattern
- One office room, close up. The camera frames the room your bots use and fills the screen. Pinch or scroll to zoom, drag to turn.
- Bots at their desks. Each bot sits at a desk with a laptop and its name plate, as its hand-built 3D body. A waiting bot raises a hand and shows its question.
- Chat next to the office. On Desktop and the web, a panel on the left lists your bots, and you tap one to chat. On a phone, it's a sheet from the bottom. The office stays in view.
- Replies as bubbles. When a bot answers or asks, a speech bubble shows over it.
- Tap a bot: the camera flies to it and its chat opens.
- A styled room. City windows, wall screens and lamps, in our light and dark themes.
Where it shows up: Desktop, ai.allternit.com, m.allternit.com and the iPhone app. They all share the same office, so it gets built once.
Today's fixes (saved, not merged)
2.5D is removed, and the 2D plan stands upright on a phone. The 9 Gizzi YouTube characters now have 3D bodies. These carry into the new office.
