Bot background in the rail

Lead: In Bot Mode the shell rail now shows the open bot's background in that bot's colour. The Threads and Tasks tabs keep the background too. It is built and checked on Desktop. It is not committed yet.

The phone drawer was not checked in a browser, because the phone layout needs a sign-in there. Nothing is committed. Merging to ai main deploys ai.allternit.com and the PWA.
