Customize polish round 2

Lead: Messaging, plugin covers, slow load and the three More catalogs are fixed and committed on local branches, not yet pushed. Two items need your call. MCP Apps has no apps with a screen to list. Inbound webhooks cannot receive anything in production.

Why it was slow

Every component ran its own disk scan

Customize mounted 3 scans. Each scan listed every folder under /Users and /home and read every file in every skill. That was about 1,100 file requests. The browser's connection pool filled up, so the connectors request waited. Now one shared scan runs, the home folder comes from one API call, and files load when opened.

MCP Apps: no screens to list

You picked "Apps with a screen". I checked:

No catalog marks which connectors have a screen. The only source is the published-apps registry. Its address is never set in production, so that list is empty.
I probed the public servers with tools/list. None of the five that answered has a ui:// tool. Two refused tools/list without a session.
Screens show up only after you connect an app and one of its tools returns a ui:// resource.

A Discover limited to screens would be empty today.

Webhooks are broken end to end

Settings › Webhooks create returns 422: the form sends only a name and a bot.
A POST to /webhooks/inbound/id returns 405 on ai.allternit.com and 404 on api.allternit.com.
Senders must add custom HMAC headers. GitHub and Stripe cannot do that.

Nothing is pushed or deployed. The branches are feat/customize-polish-2 (ai) and docs/customize-catalogs (platform).
I did not click Accept & install on a coding CLI, because that installs software on this Mac.
I did not add a regression test for the shared scan.
