Fixed today

Claude usage limit stopped two films at midday and the factory marked them failed. It now waits for the reset, and both films are back in line.
Repairs re-posted Shorts. Every retry uploaded the film's 3 Shorts again. Fixed, and I stopped an upload that was running.
The slate page publish timed out the 10-minute check. It now runs on its own.
