| My Agent Replied All to the Company | The Desk | stageB | running | Stage A done, nothing rendered or posted. Body 510.71 s, viewer 8:35 including the 21.2 s dial-a-prompt-engineer house ad (body 5.1-26.3, frames checked). NEW voice: Reply-All (couch guest, stock Kokoro blend bm_daniel/am_echo/am_fenrir, factory-approved and logged in cast.json, LOCKED.md and pending.json). Listen to it first (voices-kokoro/samples/replyall-kokoro.wav, g02/g10/g22) and to the 4 respelled lines cc03/ct03/k09/r03. Facts: 3 monologue items from Allternit News Oct 20 (A1 message board 1,200 agents/70,000 messages; A2 ~$5,000/~$50 per break-in, a rough estimate; misalignment-log token leak), said generically with hedges kept. Risks: the cold open runs 48 s; the phone-wave SFX are synth placeholders. Shared fix: Homebrew python3 became 3.15 with no numpy on 10-25, so finish_film.sh now uses a numpy-capable python3 shim (logged in BATCH-4.md). Stage B waves: CH6 (Reply-All rig) + CH1, then CH3+CH4, CH7+CH2, CH8+CH5. |
| Name a Reason Your Agent Is Still Thinking | Agent Feud | stageB | running | Stage A done, nothing rendered or posted: 141 Kokoro lines, locked cast, no new voices; owned ep02 Feud music; ad = Agent Detox Retreat; 3 Shorts + TikTok (116 s). Whisper misheard c01, c07 and b05; c01 and b05 were re-recorded and c07 was later cut. Listen to b05 ('The readme file!', still heard as 'Read Me Files'), b24 ('I read hi') and f26. Risks: 10:00 viewer is the top of the format; n09 teases Judge Gizzi (re-record if ep11 does not post next); CH1 must run alone first because it builds thinkSpinner for every other chapter; check the ad's first frame (end of a brush wipe) at the first assemble. |

Weekly show · Thursdays
One show title, the set changes every week on a 5-week rotation. Every bit is a self-contained 50–90 s Short with the payoff at the end. Cold open first, logo after. Re-hooks at about 3:00 and 6:00.
Saturday event slot
Bigger competition formats that rotate into the Saturday event slot.
Gaming niche · Tuesdays
Our own painted renditions of game worlds with our cast, staged like a live session with commentary: day counter, status bar, event feed (“Gizzi quietly fixed ___”), fake chat, facecam corner. No game names, logos, characters, sounds or music. No Allternit plug in gaming episodes. Every description: “Original parody world. Not affiliated with any game publisher.”
Streamer recipes · Saturday event slot
The recipes of MrBeast, Kai Cenat, IShowSpeed, the Sidemen and Ludwig, played by invented streamer characters (VOLUME, SPRINTR) on our fake platform UPTIME.tv: facecam box, chat column, tip alerts, sub-goal bar. Never a real streamer's face, name, catchphrase or voice.
Music · Saturday event slot
ORIGINAL songs written in the style of YouTube's billion-view hits (no shared melody, lyric or riff), sung by the cast in their own voices, with videos that evoke the original look without copying shots. No artist names in titles or thumbnails. Unlisted Content ID test before every release. We keep all the revenue and can release on streaming.
Wordless comparison Shorts · daily filler
Copied from Capybluh (4.26M subs; “Buldak 2000 vs 2026 vs 2050” 173M views, “What parents see vs what I see” up to 62M): one character, no dialogue, a huge caption, three beats, under 30 s. Works in every country and is the cheapest thing we can make.
24/7 radio + long ambient videos · watch hours
Copied from Claude FM (1.83M views): original relaxing instrumentals and ambience (rain, nature, night city) under one looping painted scene. A 24/7 live stream plus 1-, 3- and 10-hour uploads, one playlist per mood. Music must be ours and licensed for YouTube; the stream runs from the standby server, not the Mac.
Fake ads · event slot + Shorts + news-ad rotation
60–90 s brush-film fake commercials. Each one also gives a TikTok cut, a news-ad for the Allternit News ad break and the Tonight ad break, and a hook Short.
Each long video feeds 3 Shorts on days +1, +3 and +5, so about 9 Shorts a week. Fixed days matter more than any one format; Tuesday and Thursday hold even if Saturday drops to every other week.
