Handoff lanes for Factory and Bot tasks

Lead: Hand-off lanes are built and in two open PRs: ai #898 (app) and platform #1971 (docs). They are not merged. The Factory team view opens on Lanes. The bot Tasks tab shows subagent lanes. The system drawer's Bots tab has a Lanes view.

Stacked form at 390 px width. Status pills sit under the names.

What shipped

Place	What it does
Factory team view	Opens on Lanes. Graph and List are switches. Phone shows Lanes and List.
Node card	Shows intent, files, proof and deliveries. Has Open node and Take over.
Take over	Shows for a running Terminal pane. Opens Code mode on that pane. Does not pause the bot.
Bot Tasks tab	Lanes above the steps, only when the thread used subagents
System drawer, Bots	New Lanes view beside List and Graph
Docs	factory/agents Hand-off lanes, bot-threads, system-drawer, desktop, release note
Dependency map	Entry updated. Fixed the validate failure that was already on main.
