Login release pickup

Lead: The login release is finished. The new sign-in is live on the web and the PWA, and iOS build 16 is processed and available to the Allternit team in TestFlight.

The paused Office/free-roam polish is the next piece of facility work. Its spec and checkpoint are in the facility worktree's .steering folder.
