PDF in chat now opens the PDF editor
What was broken
A PDF dropped into chat and sent never opened when the artifact store refused the save. That happens when you're signed out, or on Desktop without a live account session. The error was swallowed, so nothing opened and nothing said why. Upload → PDF failed the same way, and PDFs had no tile in Make something new.
