Subagent faces
A 15-type subagent catalog with faces, cheap models by default, and a Settings catalog
Decisions locked: a look belongs to the subagent type, default faces come from Office Professionals, and the catalog ships in the same change. Six of the 15 types run on the small model class by default. That is where the token and money savings come from.

The gizzi built-ins general, explore and plan stay as aliases of Builder, Explorer and Planner.
Mockup: Settings catalog and chat
The faces for types 11–15 are a different, realistic style and have no blink frames. The build generates cartoon faces with frames for those 5, using the free image lane.

Build plan
- WP1 through WP4 run in parallel worktrees. WP5 starts after WP4.
- Merge order: API, gizzi, ai, docs.
- These need your go: a gizzi release, the Desktop runtime publish, and the PWA deploy.
